Hi there! We are Abbey and Hayley- fraternal twins that everyone swears must be identical. We went off to college together at Virginia Tech- (Go Hokies!) where graduated from the Pamplin College of Business with a degree in Business Information Technology. We took every single class together, shared a car and textbooks, and even graduated college with the exact same GPA down to the hundredth of a point- both Suma Cum Laude, both in three years. We also should mention that our resumes looked so similar that we landed an internship with the same company- which led to full time positions working for the same firm as Information Systems Auditors, back in our home city of Virginia Beach.
In September 2019, while working full time in corporate, we created a personal brand around home design, fashion, and daily life that later turned into an online community of over 55,000 women.
In September 2020, we launched two small businesses: The VB Picnic Co., a luxury picnic company, and Rebel and Wren, an online clothing boutique. Within one month of their launch, we resigned from our corporate jobs to become full-time entrepreneurs. We are now co-ceos of a multi-6-figure small business. We have been featured in major publications such as Southern Living Magazine, Conde Nast Traveler, Brides, Coastal Virginia Bride, Yahoo News and The Virginian Pilot.
With the same passions for home design and fashion, and a new one for entrepreneurship, we strive to inspire others to pursue their interests always.
