Home tip: focus on cozying up on corner at a time. We redid one corner of Abbey’s bedroom and absolutely love it. Here are some tips and tricks when styling a concentrated corner in your home.
Begin by picking the anchoring pieces. Since this is a small corner, there is not a ton of room for bulky furniture. We started by picking a shelf used as a bed side table and a wicker chair. The circle mirror and lanterns hung at different heights add depth and light to the corner. Next up, we picked our color palate. We went for all the warm tones- burnt oranges, yellow, brown, and red. We also added in texture with a woven knit throw blanket and pom pom pillows. The greatest thing about focusing on a small area is that it is so unbelievably easy to swap out a few items and change the mood.

For fall we simply swapped out the pillow, added some gold candle sticks and some fall foliage. The letter board is a great touch cause it is so easy to swap out the saying to make it festive!
Changing a small space can make a big difference, and changing a few items in that space makes decorating on a budget, and a time crunch, easy as can be.
